Unihoc
Unihoc was founded in 1972 by the man who took floorball to Sweden; Carl-Åke Ahlqvist. He is also known as the "father of floorball" when he was the first to import plastic hockey sticks for indoor ball games. In this way, floorball has grown in parallel with Unihoc, side by side. Unihoc is sold to more than 60 countries and much of their success isdue to their technologically revolutionary products. Some of the products that have paved the way for Unihoc are: the Kevlar club, the player blade, the Curve shaft and the lightweight clubs in the Carbskin series. Unihoc strives to increase knowledge about the sport they love in the hope of eventually making floorball an Olympic sport.
